  1. An admin adds your phone number to Sunday Nudge.
  2. You receive a consent prompt via SMS explaining what you are opting into.
  3. You reply YES to confirm. No messages are sent until you do.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Sunday Nudge, including:

  • Scheduling confirmation text messages
  • Reminder alert text messages at your scheduled time
  • Replies to your commands and messages
